1. What is the correct development time when tinting eyelashes?

2. What is the correct development time when tinting eyebrows?
The development time varies from client to client and depends on the
client’s hair. The tinting effect increases depending on the length of
the development time. The development time generally takes up to 10
minutes. If you do not have very much experience with tinting, remove
the tinting paste from one eyebrow after 2-3 minutes and check the end
result and/or show the client. If the tinting result is not yet
intensive enough, apply the tinting paste again and leave to develop for
longer

3. What is the correct seating position for the client when tinting eyebrows and eyelashes?
The correct seating position for the client during tinting is not lying
down, but rather, they should be sat down and/or leaning slightly back
while seated. The eyes must remain closed while tinting. The client
should relax, directing their gaze ahead or slightly downwards without
moving the eyes. Tip: If the client finds it difficult to keep their
eyelids still, place a damp cotton wool pad on the closed eye during the
eyelash tint development time; this makes it easier to keep the eyelids
closed.
4. Is eyebrow and eyelash tinting also suitable for men?

free from any make-up in preparation for tinting. Only then can the best

Tips and Tricks
1. Mixing RefectoCil Tints
You can effectively mix any of the RefectoCil tints together. However it is recommended that experienced users only carry this out! A vast array of shades can be achieved using the RefectoCil colours, meaning that almost all client requests can be fulfilled. Please note that you should never mix RefectoCil Eyebrow and Eyelash Tints with other brands of eyelash and eyebrow tints.
2. Combing lashes and brows
After tinting the eyebrows and eyelashes, comb the hairs and lashes through using a lash comb or brush – this will make the end-colour result look even better!
3. Glossy eyelashes and eyebrows with Long Lash Gel
For shiny brows during the day, apply a little RefectoCil Long Lash Gel to the eyebrows each morning.
